Strawberry Rhubarb Smoothie
A great blend of sweet and tart to get yourself going!
- 1 cup (250 mL) frozen Snowcrest Strawberries
- ½ cup (125 mL) frozen Snowcrest Rhubarb
- ½ of a banana, peeled
- 1 cup (250 mL) yogurt / frozen yogurt
- ¼ tsp (1.25 mL) cinnamon
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) maple syrup or brown sugar, or to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
