Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 cup (227 g) of Snowcrest® Dragon Fruit Blend
  • ½ cup (227 ml) coconut milk or soy milk
  • ¾ cup (175 ml) water
  • ½ cup (120 g) yogurt
  • 1 tsp (5 g) honey (optional to sweeten)
  • ½ cup (60 g) granola
  • Fresh fruit of choice

Directions

  1. Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour about ¼ cup (30 g) of granola into the bottom of the serving bowl and top with the smoothie.
  3. Top with ¼ cup (30 g) more granola and sliced fresh fruit of choice.
