Blueberry Chia Jam

Only two ingredients & no sugar added!

Serve warm on breakfast breads or store in the refrigerator for later.

Add to smoothies or oats or even frosting for cupcakes!


  • 2 cups (200g) Snowcrest Frozen Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp (30g) chia seeds


1. Add frozen blueberries to a pot and heat on med-high for 5-6 minutes, while mashing with a fork to desired consistency.

2.Add chia seeds and stir in completely.  Turn heat down to low-medium and cook for another 2 minutes. (if desired add lemon, vanilla or honey at this point)

3. Remove from heat and let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Enjoy immediately or store refrigerated in a jar for up to a week.
