Berry Almond Crunch Oatmeal

Berry Almond Crunch Oatmeal, it’s a great diabetic breakfast and a healthy way to start your day!


  • 1 cup (240 ml) cooked oatmeal
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Snowcrest Frozen Blueberries* (slightly thawed)
  • 6 almonds, chopped
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar substitute (optional)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) skim milk or almond milk


Add blueberries and almonds to a bowl of hot cooked oatmeal and stir.  If desired add a teaspoon of sugar substitute.  Serve with a glass of your favourite of milk.

*Substitute 1 cup (240 ml) of any Snowcrest Frozen Fruit
