Raspberry Morning Kickstart Smoothie
Start the morning off right, with this great breakfast smoothie, perfect way to get going!
Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 mL) frozen Snowcrest Raspberries
- 1 cup (250 mL) almond milk
- ½ a ripe banana
- Handful of spinach or kale
- 1 tsp (5 mL) flaxseed oil
Directions
Combine almond milk with banana, berries, greens and flaxseed oil. Blend until smooth & serve.
