- 1 ½ cup avocado (partially defrosted)
- 1 can salmon (drained)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- ¼ tsp salt
- Tabasco sauce (optional)
- Dice avocado into smaller, even ¼ inch pieces and put into a medium size bowl.
- Add to bowl rest of the ingredients and gently mix until combined.
- Serve with taco chips or crackers.
