Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl
- 1 1⁄2 cup (227 g) of Snowcrest® Dragon Fruit Blend
- ½ cup (227 ml) coconut milk or soy milk
- ¾ cup (175 ml) water
- ½ cup (120 g) yogurt
- 1 tsp (5 g) honey (optional to sweeten)
- ½ cup (60 g) granola
- Fresh fruit of choice
- Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour about ¼ cup (30 g) of granola into the bottom of the serving bowl and top with the smoothie.
- Top with ¼ cup (30 g) more granola and sliced fresh fruit of choice.
