Frosty Pineapple Ambrosia
- 2 cups (600 g) Snowcrest Frozen Pineapple (thawed)
- 1 cup Snowcrest Frozen Fruit Medley (thawed)
- 1 cup (250 ml)whipping cream or whipped topping
- 1 cup (250 ml) Peach Yogurt
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup mini coloured marshmallows
- In a large bowl mix the pineapple and fruit medly.
- Combine peach yogurt and whipping cream and fold into the fruit mixture.
- Add coconut and mini marshmallows just before serving.
