Raspberry Morning Kickstart Smoothie

Start the morning off right, with this great breakfast smoothie, perfect way to get going!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (125 mL) frozen Snowcrest Raspberries
  • 1 cup (250 mL) almond milk
  • ½ a ripe banana
  • Handful of spinach or kale
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) flaxseed oil

Directions

Combine almond milk with banana, berries, greens and flaxseed oil. Blend until smooth & serve.
